We collect only what you choose to send us, plus limited technical information needed to run the site.

- Appointment scheduling: if you book a consultation through our Calendly scheduler, Calendly collects the details you enter, such as your name, email, and chosen time.
- Spam protection: our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which collects technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and how you interact with the page, to confirm you are a person and not an automated program.
- Website hosting: our hosting provider, Webflow, automatically records basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking tools on this website.
How we use and share your information
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and keep the website working and secure. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
We share information only with the service providers that run parts of this website:
- Webflow hosts the website and receives contact form submissions.
- Calendly handles appointment scheduling.
- Google provides reCAPTCHA spam protection. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Our email provider delivers messages between you and our practice.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. Calendly and Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies when their tools load on our contact page. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The contact form and email are not secure channels for sensitive health information. Please share only what we need to get back to you. We will discuss clinical details with you directly.
